Hello artist! We thank you for submitting your work to this online form. It helps ensure high quality, communication, and marketing for all participating parties.

Steps to Exhibit 

​

To show in the Prevost Gallery, there are two steps.

 

  1. First, you must fill out the form below on this web page. 

  2. Second, we ask that you join the museum as a member. Memberships are annually and start at $65. They include all kinds of perks. This fee also helps us prepare the exhibition and market it for you. To purchase a membership, please visit the membership page. 

 

The Form

The submission form has been created to accept one digital file submission, one piece of artwork, and an artist headshot (if needed). Before uploading your digital files, please include the title and your artist name in your file.

 

File Naming Examples: 

  • italy-at-dawn_james-fitch.png

  • sunset in georgetown-vida miller.jpg

 

It just helps keep all of the artwork organized.

Name your files with your first and last name. Add your artwork title, too, if it is an art file. YOU MUST DO THIS. No exceptions. Warning: You must only submit once.
